EMPLOYER BRANDING & HR STORYTELLING CREATIVE PROCESS

    • Intention: 1-2× 45-minute calls to discuss business goals, content needs, and proposal options. 

    • Timeline: Varies based on availability of decision-makers.

    • Outcome: Agree to project scope, boundaries, and expectations, and complete all necessary onboarding and contractual paperwork.

    • Intention: Conduct 2-4x 60-minute brand discovery calls to learn all about your firm, your people, and any existing storytelling assets or guidelines to combine with my research.

    • Timeline: 2-3 weeks.

    • Outcome: Produce creative research brief. 

    • Intention: 1-2× 60-minute calls to review creative research brief, story mining, and customer-employee voice data. Establish creative strategy for the specific piece(s) to be created.

    • Timeline: Varies based on availability of decision-makers.

    • Outcome: Review creative research brief and content strategy to ensure storytelling alignment.

    • Intention: Write the actual words and copy for your employer branding and HR storytelling content.

    • Timeline: 1-3 weeks.

    • Outcome: First draft of the content deliverables from project scope (i.e., HR blog or case study first draft).

    • Intention: I believe in closing projects only when you LOVE what we’ve created. Assuming we’ve maintained alignment throughout, I will refine and copyedit until you are 100% satisfied with your HR storytelling content.
