How I Got Here

Hi there! I’m Amy Matos, She/Her, MBA, SPHR,  Bilingual Brand Storyteller .

After more than a decade in people strategy and culture, I left corporate HR to help purpose-driven leaders share their stories.

Since 2018, I’ve supported 100+ entrepreneurs, businesses, and publishers with brand copywriting, AI ghostwriting, and bilingual communication that helps people do work that matters.

Whether writing or speaking, my goal is the same: to create messages with intention, empathy, and integrity that resonate, connect, inspire, and last.

I’m also a conscious home educator who believes work and life should reinforce each other, not compete.

I believe someday we’ll all value purpose, people, planet, then profit. I love working with people who want to make socially conscious the default.
